We ship all orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48, providing a reliable and trackable delivery service across the UK. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 1–2 working days for processing before dispatch. Delivery typically takes up to 4 working days after dispatch.

RETURNS

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange only. For returns, defective or damaged products, or any questions, please contact us at hello@setovilla.com. All returns must be postmarked within 21 days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
