ọkọ̀ zobo is a hibiscus infusion loved for generations. In Nigeria, we call it zobo, you might know it as sobolo, bissap, sorrel, wonjo or karkadé… same flower, just different names depending on where you’re from.

ọkọ̀ zobo is all natural West African goodness, made with real ingredients and a bold, refreshing taste layered with fruit and spice.

What to do?

  • Add hibiscus, fruit and spices to a pot
  • Add water and boil for 20 minutes
  • Strain, sweeten (if you like) and serve hot or chilled!
